In a blender or food processor, pulse the Dragone® Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese, coconut milk, pineapple, and honey until they’ve reached a smoothie consistency. Then, add the puree to a cereal bowl and fold in the chia seeds.
Top with the blueberries, kiwi, almonds and coconut flakes. (Note: If you’re not consuming right away, reserve the chia pudding without the toppings in the refrigerator until you’re ready.)
