Get all the flavors of a pizza made in a wood-burning oven without leaving home!
4 individual flatbreads or 1 pre-baked (10 oz.) thin pizza crust
2 tsp. roasted garlic olive oil
1 cup Dragone® Part-Skim or Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese
1/4 cup Frigo® 3-Cheese Italian Shredded
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh oregano leaves OR 1 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 cup red and yellow cherry or grape tomato halves
1-1/2 cups freshly shredded Dragone® Part-Skim or Whole Milk Mozzarella Cheese
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
Place flatbreads on cookie sheet; lightly brush top side with oil.
Spread Dragone® Part-Skim or Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese evenly over top of flatbreads. Sprinkle with Frigo® 3-Cheese Italian Shredded, oregano, salt and pepper. Top with tomatoes and sprinkle with Dragone® Part-Skim or Whole Milk Mozzarella Cheese. Sprinkle with crushed red pepper, if desired.
Slide flatbreads off cookie sheet onto cooking grate. Grill, covered, over low, ash-covered coals or low heat on preheated gas grill 5 to 7 minutes (8 to 10 minutes for pizza crust) or until cheese is melted.
