  • 1 (15-ounce) container Dragone® Part-Skim or Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 (8-ounce) container mascarpone cheese or cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2–3 teaspoons orange zest

Directions

Combine the Dragone® Part-Skim or Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese, mascarpone, sugar and orange zest in a medium mixing bowl and beat on high 2–3 minutes or until smooth and fluffy. Fold in the chocolate chips.

Spoon into a glass serving dish and top with pistachios. Serve with fruit, shortbread and/or other butter cookies.
