Chicken Stuffed with Ricotta Cheese

  • Frying oil & Olive oil mix
  • 4 Chicken Tenders
  • 4 Tablespoons Dragone Ricotta Cheese
  • 1/8 cup grated cheese
  • Black Pepper
  • Flour
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • ¼ cup parsley
  • 2 gloves garlic

Prep

Pre heat oven to 350.  Pound out the chicken tenders on a cutting board.  Chop the garlic.

 

Directions

Take the chicken tenders and add pepper, some grated cheese and parsley.  Add a tablespoon of Dragone Ricotta Cheese and roll.  Dredge the chicken rolls in flour.  Add some frying oil and olive oil to a sauté pan and heat.  Add the chicken rolls with the Dragone Ricotta and sauté lightly on all sides.

 

Place the marinara sauce in a shallow pan and place the chicken rolls on top.

 

Bake in a 350 oven for 20 minutes
