- 1 (12-ounce) can refrigerated biscuits, quartered
- ¾ stick unsalted butter, melted
- 1 (5-ounce) tub 3-Cheese Italian Blend
- ½ cup Dragone® Fresh Mozzarella, shredded
- ¾ cup marinara sauce with peppers and onions
Optional Garnishes:
- ½ cup pepperoni, quartered
- ¼ cup black olives, sliced
- ¼ cup fresh basil, minced
- Garlic salt
- Favorite pizza toppings
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
In a medium bowl, carefully toss the quartered biscuits in the melted butter until coated. Then, toss the coated biscuits with 1 cup of the 3-Cheese Italian Blend, the Dragone® Fresh Mozzarella Cheese and the marinara sauce.
Arrange the pieces in a lightly oiled 9-inch pie plate or cast-iron skillet. Sprinkle them with the remaining 3-Cheese Italian Blend and, if desired, with pepperoni, olives, fresh basil, garlic salt and/or any other favorite pizza toppings. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until the top is lightly browned and the cheese is bubbly.
Serve with extra tomato sauce and enjoy with friends and family around the table.
Tips: Have fun with a hole in the middle! Simply double the ingredients and bake it in a Bundt pan. Be sure to add 15 minutes to your bake time, though.
Assemble up to a day ahead. Just cover, refrigerate and bake it right before the guests arrive.
