- 2 cups Dragone® Ricotta Cheese
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped green onions (white and green parts)
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh chives
- 1 French baguette
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Combine the Dragone® Ricotta Cheese, green onions, dill and chives until blended.
Preheat a broiler. Slice the baguette into thin slices. Place the bread slices on a cookie sheet and broil in the oven for 1–2 minutes, until slightly brown.
Spread the Dragone® Ricotta Cheese mixture onto the baguette slices. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
