- 1 12-inch pre-baked frozen or fresh pizza crust, thawed if frozen
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup Dragone® Whole Milk or Part-Skim Ricotta Cheese
- 2 tablespoons (1/2 ounce) freshly grated romano cheese
- 1/4 cup (2 ounces) crumbled blue cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Dragone® Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 2 thin slices prosciutto or ham, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomato wedges or diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Directions
Preheat the oven to 450°F. Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet and spread with olive oil.
Combine the Dragone® Ricotta Cheese, crumbled blue cheese, basil and oregano and mix well.
Spread the cheese mixture over the crust. Then, top with the remaining cheeses (Romano Cheese, Dragone® Mozzarella Cheese and Parmesan Cheese).
Bake 5–8 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Top with the prosciutto or ham, tomatoes and parsley before serving.
